Clothing Choices for Portraits
– a few suggestions.

Choosing correctly can help make your
portrait a timeless image.  Solid colors
do not need to match, but wearing
similar tonal values (medium to light or
medium to dark), will look great.   Lay
all your clothing selections out to see
if you like the combination prior to
your portraits session.  All black or
bright colors can be attractive, but
avoid anything too “trendy”.  In
general, long sleeves look better than
short sleeves.  Denim and khaki always
seems to work.  Please feel free to call
the photographer if you have
questions.
